In a disclosure on Tuesday, Robinsons Land said that the project would be built on a portion of property , along JP Laurel Street, acquired from Great Earth Marketing & Development Corp. (GEMDC), majority of which is owned by New City Commercial Corp.

It will feature a modern façade, a premium lobby, and an efficient vertical transport system designed to ensure smooth and convenient access in all floors.

The new project will add to Robinsons Land’s growing portfolio in Mindanao, which currently includes eight shopping malls, three GoHotels, one Grand Summit Hotel, and two office buildings.
